Framework agreement for planning services for the period 1 January 2023 (target) – 31 December 2025, in addition to options for 2026 and 2027

The implementation planning of the City of Turku's urban environment service package requests offers for project-specific planning and expert services for the period 1 January 2023 (target) –31 December 2025, after which the contract can be extended for 2026 and 2027 (options 1+1 years) by the client's decision.

1. Acquisition target

The acquisition concerns the design industries mentioned below (SKOL's

industry grouping and definitions, see Section 4.1. Annex 3) which are not put out to tender separately

six (6) Service Providers are selected for each design industry, unless:
