Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are regulated by fixed prices. This contract is a service contract whose object is the operation and maintenance of the thermal installations of advivo Vienna.The scope is defined in Annex 1 of this document. This is a performance-based contract. The full achievement of the objectives, described in this document, constitutes an essential obligation of the Data Controller.The choice of the means implemented to achieve the defined objectives, and their use, are the exclusive responsibility of the Data Controller.
