The purpose of the procurement is to sign contracts for four planning architects and one project manager. The City Planning Office needs resources to manage and process detailed plans within a geography. The assignment will also include work with pre-trials and participation in the development of planning conditions for the same area. The consultants will work with detailed planning matters throughout the planning process. The work also includes administrative work with, for example, referral mailings and notifications.

The request relates to longer planning architect assignments and project manager assignments for the development of detailed plans, work with preliminary tests and to participate in the development of planning conditions for the planning department at the City Planning Office. The assignments will mainly be within a defined geographical area.
