Gymnasium Schramberg — VgV Fachplanung TGA according to §§ 53, 55 HOAI ALG 1-3, LPH 3-9

The town of Schramberg intends to renovate the HLS facilities of the Gramberg Gymnasium as part of the ongoing fire protection renovation.

We are looking for an engineering office for the services of the specialist planning TGA HLS in accordance with §§ 53.55 HOAI ALG 1-3 LPH 3-9. For the review of LPH 2, the percentage points must be specified with the submission of the tender. The assignment is to be carried out in stages.

The town of Schramberg intends to renovate the HLS facilities of the Gramberg Gymnasium as part of the ongoing fire protection renovation. For the review of LPH 2, the percentage points must be specified with the submission of the tender. The assignment is to be carried out in stages.

The Gymnasium Schramberg (main building) has a gross floor area of approx. 5,500 sqm (excluding basement, auditorium, sports hall and canteen). The building has an additional NGF of approx. 2,300 sqm. The main building is divided into 4 different components (A to D).

The building has a total of 37 classrooms and 5 classrooms, each with 2 to 3 classrooms. The building also features a VHS media centre on the 2nd floor, a secretarial and teacher's room area on the ground floor, a foyer and entrance hall on the ground floor, a student lounge on the ground floor and a caretaker area on the ground floor.

Overall measure HLS.

The dismantling and reinstallation of the drinking water network (dismantling of pollutants such as asbestos, eternit or KMF insulation is carried out on site) is required from the UG onwards.

New sanitary facilities in the area of toilet facilities and in the classrooms (washbasins) are to be set up.

The exhaust air systems in the classrooms are to be technically and energetically improved. New outdoor air convectors with CO2 control are to be planned in the classrooms. In addition, a presence-guided room temperature control is to be investigated and implemented in all classrooms and classrooms. The exhaust air systems in teacher/pupil toilets and cleaning rooms must be renewed (inventory Eternit).

The heat generation and heat distribution up to the distribution of distributors in the EC was renovated in 2010, and there is currently no need for action. Although the power network is 40 years old, it is not mandatory to replace it. In some areas, hydraulic fittings are planned to be installed in the heating strands.

The aim is to produce fire-resistant pipe outlet for heating and plumbing trades in all ceilings. The EnEV must be adhered to. The ceiling cables are to be insulated according to the current building requirements. In addition, the exhaust air systems in the classrooms are to be made more efficient. Pipelines that cannot be preserved should be partially replaced.

Cost estimate according to DIN 276 KG 400: approx. EUR 836 549 gross.

The project is supported by the 2020 School Redevelopment Programme.

Implementation of the measure is expected to take place by the end of 2021.

Expected dates: negotiations 21/7/2021.
