- joint framework agreement with a single participant between the City of Liège and the Public Social Action Center (CPAS) for a fixed term of 24 months (renewable for 24 months in accordance with article 57 of the law of 17.6.2016) taking effect the day after notification to the successful tenderer of the supply of wood and wood panels necessary for the needs of the city and the Public Center for Social Action (CPAS).
