The subject of the contract includes the collection and transport of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and segregated municipal waste from the city and municipality of Staszów to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Rzędów - the fifth region in 2024. The scope of the contract applies to all properties inhabited by residents of the city and municipality of Staszów, all street bins in the city and municipality of Staszów, dog waste waste bins, waste segregation containers placed in the city and municipality of Staszów and Municipal Electro-waste Points located in the city of Staszów - http://kosze.staszow.pl/ in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference and section II.2.4) of this announcement.

The description of the contract in question in Annex No 9 SWZ consists of, inter alia:

A. General characteristics of the City and Commune of Staszów in the context of waste collection.

The number of residents registered in the Town and Municipality of Staszów is 24,834 (as of 30.06.2023), including:

the city of Staszów – 13981;

35 villages – 10853;

The number of single-family inhabited properties in the town and municipality of Staszów is about 5000.

The area of the municipality – 225.86 km2.

The total length of routes that waste collection vehicles must overcome in order to reach all property owners from the city and municipality area is approximately 1533 km.

The annual estimated amount of waste generated is approx. 5300 Mg.

B. Detailed description of the subject of the contract.

The contract in question must be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the conditions contained in the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority does not require:

- the Contractor has carried out an on-site inspection or,

- checking by the Contractor the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot at the Ordering Party.
