The aim of this tender is to operate an eRecruitment system to map the internal and external recruitment process as a SaaS solution. The entire process of applicant management (publication of job advertisements, processing of online, e-mail, paper and video applications, candidate selection, onboarding) is to be systematically supported and accelerated with workflows. The connection of the respective SAP HCM systems of the client serves a continuous data flow.
The advertised service comprises the following parts:
- Temporary provision of an eRecruitment system according to the technical and professional requirements,
- Implementation and customizing of the eRecruitment system including setting up the required interfaces,
- Software service (troubleshooting, maintenance and care),
- Technical training of "administrators" and "recruiters",
- Ending support with the return of the client's data at the end of the contract period.
Objectives of the tender:
- GDPR-compliant and audit-proof applicant management system,
- Implementation of individual requirements for form fields in the application form, correspondence, reports and workflows, integration of test results (e.g. self-ACs, online tests, other selection processes) taking into account the respective central or decentralized organizational structure,
- Connection to the internal and external career page of the client and other job portals,
- Provision of dashboards for the creation of ad hoc evaluations and analyzes,
- Enabling the responsible employees of the client to set up, maintain and handle application processes independently.
Quantity structure and performance:
- Applications per year = 78,000,
- Applications per week (especially at peak times, e.g. during the apprenticeship advertisements) = 2,200,
- Applications per day (especially at peak times, e.g. during the apprenticeship advertisements) = 350,
- Number of job advertisements (internal and external) = 5,000,
- Number of recruiters working in the system = 440,
- Number of other users in the system (e.g. managers, staff council, etc.) = 3,600.
