The activity covered by this service contract summarises the following services:

a) support for the management and ordinary collection of the Waste Tax (TARI);

b) concession of the service of compulsory and extrajudicial collection of tax and non-tax revenues, as well as any additional revenues that could be introduced ex novo or in place of other pre-existing ones by specific legislative provision during the validity of the concession.

This award includes the compulsory collection of revenues also referring to years prior to this concession that have not yet been collected by the Authority and not entrusted to other concessionaires, provided that they are not yet time-barred.
