Stadibau GmbH intends in the Erzgießereistr. 14 to Linprunstr. 18 in Munich the realization of a housing construction project to secure the living space needs of state employees in the Free State of Bavaria.

Specifically, it is a housing complex consisting of:

- Demolition and new construction of a residential building on the Erzgießereistr. 14 (GFA 2 110 m 2nd );

- Conversion of the existing building on Erzgießeistr. 14 / Linprunstr. 18 (GFA 7 830 m 2nd );

- Demolition and new construction of a residential building (GFA 10 550 m 2nd ) with underground parking (BGF 2 890 m 2nd ) at Linprunstr. 18 (1.BA - courtyard development).

Painting and painting work for new residential buildings:

- approx. 14 200 m 2nd Dispersion silicate coating on walls;

- approx. 7,000 m 2nd VE 116.1.1 Painting I dispersion silicate coating on ceilings;

- approx. 3 300 m 2nd Dispersion coating on walls;

- approx. 750 m 2nd Dispersion coating on walls;

- approx. 1,000 m 2nd Floor coatings;

- approx. 30 pieces of painted sheet steel doors including frames.
