The objectives of this tender are to identify an organisation who can provide new Data Connectivity Services and Hardware to all of Yorkshire Housing's locations and then provide a proactive managed service.

1.3.2Data Connectivity requirements:

— Resilient and Diversely routed circuits, which can be burstable (Bearer dependent).

— Connectivity into Cloud delivered services e.g. Microsoft Office 365 / Dynamics 365.

— Resilient and Diversely routed internet connectivity, including a fully managed & Resilient firewall service is a key requirement.

— Resilient cloud delivered Web Proxy solution / service.

— Capability of providing resilient and diversely routed SIP trunks.

— New hardware which is fully managed, all existing hardware is over 5 years old and needs to be replaced, several sites will require new circuits to provide the level of bandwidth the business now requires.

— A full monitoring service which is fully accessible by Yorkshire Housing's IT Team which could include proactive monitoring and threat management.
