The purpose of this consultation is to operate part of the public collective sanitation service on the territory of the agglomeration of La Roche-sur-Yon. It is divided into two distinct lots:

- lot 1: relating to the public collective sanitation service in the municipalities of La Roche-sur-Yon, Mouilleron-le-Captif (hereinafter referred to as MLC), the delegated municipality of Clouzeaux and part of La Ferrière (operation of the eastern gorse lift station and associated sanitation network) representing ten purification works;

- lot 2: relating to the public collective sanitation service in the delegated municipality of Aubigny as well as the municipalities of Dompierre-sur-Yon, Fougeré, La Chaize-le-Vicomte, La Ferrière (excluding the collection basin of the raising of the gorse east), Landeronde, Le Tablier, Nesmy, Rives-de-l'Yon, Thorigny and Venansault, representing 18 purification works.

The perimeter of lot 1 is made up of all the wastewater collection and transport networks in the municipalities of La Roche-sur-Yon, Mouilleron-le-Captif and the delegated municipality of Clouzeaux as well as all recovery stations and effluent treatment structures, with the exception of WWTP MG.

In addition, the lifting station designated "PR gorse is" located in the town of La Ferrière and the associated sanitation network are part of the perimeter of this market because it is an integral part of the collection basin of the MG WWTP. Lot 1 concerns ten purification works.

The perimeter of lot 2 is made up of all wastewater collection and transport networks in the municipalities of Dompierre-sur-Yon, Fougeré, La Chaize-le-Vicomte, La Ferrière, Landeronde, Le Tablier, Nesmy, Rives- de-l'Yon, Thorigny, Venansault and the delegated municipality of Aubigny as well as all recovery stations and effluent treatment structures, with the exception of the gorse recovery station is at La Ferrière and its network of associated sanitation, which is operated by the service provider for lot 1. Lot 2 concerns 18 purification works.
