1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a needle valve.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 5 to SWZ.

3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are included in Annex 6 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of 1 pc. brand new needle valve with instrumentation

3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are included in Annex 6 to the SWZ.

4. The evidence in question shall:

4.1. In order to demonstrate that the offered Product complies with the requirements set out in Appendix No. 5 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party requests that the Contractor submit together with the offer the following means of proof:

1) Current hygienic certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene, allowing the product to be sent water intended for human consumption;

2) Data sheet of the offered product, which should confirm compliance with the NW. Requirements:

a) needle valve (ring-piston),

b) nominal diameter DN 700,

c) nominal pressure PN 16,

d) installation length L=1400 mm,

e) EN-GJS-500 ductile iron body protected against corrosion inside and outside by powder coating, epoxy,

(f) drive shaft, pusher, piston, cylinder and stainless steel bolts,

g) EPDM elastomer main seal,

- or NBR placed in a hydraulically non-critical zone and embedded entirely in a stainless steel bed.

3) Specification of the offered product prepared by the Contractor in accordance with the model constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

4.2. The Ordering Party reserves that in the event that the Contractor does not submit the means of proof referred to above, or if the submitted means of proof prove to be incomplete, the Contractor will be called under Article 107(2) of the Act to submit or supplement them within the prescribed period.
