The municipality of Utrechtse Heuvelrug intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with regard to civil and cultural engineering services. On the basis of the Framework Agreement, the Contracting Authority may award partial contracts to the Contractor. The contracting authority intends to award the present Contract to 20 tenderers.
