The subject of the contract is the entrusting of the surveillance service of the ENPAM Foundation Headquarters in Rome located in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II 78, at the corner with Via Conte Verde and Via Emanuele Filiberto, through a «H 24» service of Security Guards. GPG) fixed armed.

The contractor is also obliged to provide a remote video surveillance service for the ENPAM headquarters in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II 78.

The performances are better specified in the Technical Specifications and must be returned by the contractor according to the methods indicated therein.

The service requested includes the following services, according to the methods indicated:

- provide the «H 24» armed fixed surveillance service,

- open and close all the accesses of the building subject of the contract, verifying that, when the offices are closed, there are no people in the building and that all the windows are closed,

- open, at the beginning of the service, the accesses to the building by deactivating the alarms and simultaneously informing the operations center,

- carry out scheduled inspections inside the building in order to verify the correct state of the environments,

- remove causes of anomalies or irregularities that could compromise the safety of the building or that could cause damage to the building itself or to its equipment and systems,

- switch the electrical panels and alarm systems on and off, where necessary, located inside the building,

- carry out the handover service at the end of your shift, informing the colleague who takes over everything that is outside the normal service,

- inform the Director of the execution of the contract in any case,

- record the presence of visitors to the Head Office, after identifying them,

- comply with the provisions on access control,

- prevent the entry of unauthorized foreign personnel,

- check the monitors in the building,

- check access and movement of cars, motorbikes and vehicles, including those of the Foundation's supply companies in the local garage, subject to verification of access and parking authorizations;

- intervene in the event of blockage of the elevators with «floor re-alignment» maneuver; to collaborate with the staff of the Foundation, in anomalous situations, of danger (principles of fire, gas leaks, water leaks and other dangerous liquids) or in case of implementation of the evacuation plan,

- to remove strangers not liked by the Foundation by intervening in the presence of alleged irregular, dangerous or illicit situations,

- keep access keys to the premises of the Head Office,

- keep records and other documentation received on delivery,

- collaborate in the activity of receiving the mail, applying, if requested, a special stamp proving the receipt thereof.

The contractor is also obliged to provide a remote video surveillance service for the ENPAM headquarters in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II 78.
