The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, nature protection and tourist development, logging and breaking timber, nursery management, seed and water melioration to be carried out in Namysłów Forest District in 2022.

2) The scope of the subject of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, tourist development, harvesting and plucking of timber and water melioration resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

4) Qualitative standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in organizational units State Forests and Decision No 68 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Katowice of 14 October 2021 on the introduction into regional application of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the forestry districts of the RDLP in Katowice. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

5) The description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

6) The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forestry — relevant for the Package in question (“Package Execution Area”). The location (forest address) of individual forestry works falling within the scope of the subject of the Agreement as indicated in Annexes 3.1. — 3.3. The location (forest address) of the individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement shall be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3 (1) of the SWZ, provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of forestry nursery and seed work resulting from Annex 3.1. to the SWZ.

3. The in-kind range collated in Annex 3.1. is estimated.

1) The object of the order is the maintenance of the forestry forestry alert point. It includes a forest fire protection service consisting of duty at the forestry alert point (PAD) located at the forestry district headquarters with the observation of forest areas with industrial cameras placed on fire observations, and also in case of failure of the monitoring system, observation of forest areas from fire detectors (Forestry Ziemiełowice and Gręboszów).

2) The scope of the object of the order: on call at the emergency and dispatch point (call at alarm point. -dip.) -1 700,00 H; on-call at observation points (on call on call in p-fire.) - 40.00 H.

Annex 3.1 to SWZ shows the size of the works by activity groups, activities and location;
