Summer and winter maintenance of cleanliness and maintenance of greenery outside the road lane in the city of Bytom for a period of 12 months

1. The subject of the contract is summer and winter maintenance of cleanliness and maintenance of greenery in the municipal areas outside the road belt and in residential green areas, within a period of up to 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract broken down into two divisions.

2. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of dividing the order into two parts.

District 1 - City Centre, Midtown North, Miechowice, Karb, Łagiewniki, Rozbark.

b. District 2 - Downtown West, Stroszek, Sucha Góra, Stolarzowice, Minniki, Szombierki, Bobrek.

3. The Ordering Party permits the possibility of submitting an offer for all parts. The Contracting Party shall not limit the number of parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor.

4. The subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is determined by point IV SWZ with annexes to SWZ.

Assignment 1 (District 1) - City Centre, Midtown North, Miechowice, Karb, Łagiewniki, Rozbark

1. The subject of the contract is summer and winter maintenance of cleanliness and maintenance of greenery in the municipal areas outside the road belt and in residential green areas, within a period of up to 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract broken down into two divisions.

2. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of dividing the order into two parts.

a. District 1 or Centre, Downtown North, Miechowice, Karb, Łagiewniki, Rozbark.

b. District 2 or Downtown West, Stroszek, Sucha Góra, Stolarzowice, Górniki, Szombierki, Bobrek.

3. The Ordering Party permits the possibility of submitting an offer for all parts. The Contracting Party shall not limit the number of parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor.

4. The complex of tasks covered by the order constitutes the fulfillment of the obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order in areas outside the road lane within the administrative limits of the city of Bytomy imposed on the Ordering Party pursuant to Article 5 (5) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance Purity and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888).

5. The subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is defined by the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter SOPZ), which is Annex 8 to the SWZ and the Designed provisions of the Agreement, which are Annex 9 to the SWZ.

6. The lists of sites for maintenance are provided by Annexes 1a and 1b to the SOPZ.

7. The Contractor should, on the basis of the specified scope and his own experience, to make a valuation of the work, including all costs of their execution, in particular the cost of work of equipment, purchase of materials, labour costs of the persons carrying out

8. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of work (incorporation or exclusion of maintenance areas) and the quantity of work (change of measurement and/or times), inter alia, in the case of sale, lease, lending, replacement, repossession or change of the manager, start or completion of construction works, transfer in maintenance to another entity or other entity than the Contracting Authority.

9. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the timetable for the performance of work and the times the cleansing of individual sites.

10. The Ordering Party does not provide for a local vision.

11. The Contracting Authority informs that the tasks relating to the removal of safety risks may be all works listed in the offer forms and in particular 'indication work', affecting the safety of pedestrian/road traffic. The Contracting Authority does not require specific powers and qualifications related to the removal of security risks except those necessary for the performance of the work listed in the offer forms, and in particular 'indication work'.

As part of the removal of traffic safety hazards, wastes will be disposed of

with the following codes:

- 20 03 03 Waste from cleaning streets and squares;

- 20 01 39 Plastics;

- 20 01 40 Metals;

- 20 01 02 Glass;

- 20 01 01 Paper and cardboard;

- 20 02 02 Soil and earth, including stones;

- 16 01 03 With tyres used;

- 15 02 03 Sorbents, filter materials, wiping fabrics (e.g. rags, cloths) and protective clothes other than those listed in 15 02 02;

- 17 01 01 Concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolition and repairs;

- 17 01 02 brick rubble;

- 17 01 03 Waste of other ceramic materials and equipment components;

- 17 01 07 Mixed wastes of concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and equipment elements other than those mentioned in 17 01 06;

- 17 01 82 Other unlisted waste;

- 17 03 80 Waste roofing felt;

- 17 06 04 Insulating materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03.
