On the basis of the articles of association of North Sea Port SE, the audit of North Sea Port is entrusted to an accountant to be appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders. The current agreement with a service provider expires with the audit of the 2022 financial statements. For the audit of the annual accounts 2023-2025, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a new agreement.
