The object of the service is the conception and implementation of a measure in accordance with Section 16 (1) SGB II in conjunction with Section 45 (1) sentence 1 SGB III for the intensive and individual support of employable beneficiaries in finding and taking up employment or training subject to social security contributions through aptitude assessment, professional knowledge transfer and practical testing. As part of a practice workshop with professional qualifications in market-relevant professional fields, participants should be given the opportunity to get to know them and to recognize, learn, practice, update if necessary skills and skills in selected areas of activity, and finally integrate them into operational to apply practical phases.

The target group for lot 1 of the advertised service includes employable beneficiaries aged 18 and over who need professional guidance and have an increased need for support in acquiring qualifications and practical skills. In addition to practical work deficits, there may also be personal barriers to placement (such as financial problems, lack of motivation, family conflicts, limited mobility, long abstinence from the labour market due to family phases).

The participants in lot 2 are entitled to benefits from the age of 18 who have already attended a language course, have not yet been able to reach language level B2, nor will they achieve it in the future and therefore need support in acquiring both practical and language skills.
