Granting a long-term loan to finance the planned deficit of the budget of the municipality of Polkowice for 2023 and repayment of previously incurred liabilities

The Contractor shall grant the Contracting Authority a loan in the Polish currency up to the amount of PLN 68,617,233.00 (in words: sixty eight million six hundred seventeen thousand two hundred thirty three zlotys 00/100) on the terms specified in the loan agreement in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract and in accordance with the submitted offer of the Contractor.

The funds from the loan will be used to finance the planned budget deficit of the municipality of Polkowice in 2023 in accordance with Article 89 section 1 point 2 of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finance (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1270) and repayment of previously incurred liabilities in accordance with Article 89 paragraph 1 point 3 of the above-mentioned Act.

The loan is granted for the period from the date of conclusion of the agreement (not earlier than from September 15, 2023) to December 31, 2040.
