The subject of the contract are services related to the collection of municipal waste generated and collected on residential and mixed real estate located in sectors I and II of the municipality of Sieradz.

The subject of the contract are services related to the collection of municipal waste generated and collected on residential and mixed real estate located in sector I of the municipality of Sieradz.

The scope of the contract includes the collection of the following waste:

a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste - the so-called residue after municipal waste segregation,

a) separately collected municipal waste, divided into:

- glass (white and colored) collected using green bags in single-family housing and containers in multi-family buildings,

- paper collected with blue bags in single-family housing and containers in multi-family housing,

- metals and plastics collected by means of yellow bags in single-family housing and containers in multi-family housing,

- biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste from brown containers,

- selective municipal waste (glass, paper, metals and plastics) collected on mixed properties collected in bags or containers, according to the property owner's declaration,

- ash and slag from home furnaces using gray containers in single-family buildings (from October 2023),

c) furniture and other bulky waste - collection in the form of an exhibition according to the schedule (with a frequency of 6 times a year, in single-family housing and with a frequency of 12 times a year in multi-family housing),

d) expired medicines collected by collection from facilities and pharmacies listed in the "List of facilities and pharmacies equipped with containers for used medicines" (Annex 11 to SOPZ) and from residents using the Mobile Hazardous Waste Collection Point,

e) waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste batteries and accumulators, chemicals and problematic waste, hazardous waste collected from residents using the Mobile Hazardous Waste Collection Point (with a frequency of at least once every six months),

f) waste electrical and electronic equipment collection in the form of an exhibition according to the schedule (with a frequency of 6 times a year, in single-family housing and with a frequency of 12 times a year in multi-family housing) – implementation from January 1, 2024,

g) construction and demolition waste by collecting from property owners on application submitted to the export company with a frequency of not more often 2 times a year for each single-family residential property or for a particular dwelling in single-family housing;

h) green precipitation from designated places in sector I of the municipality of Sieradz (with a frequency of once a month, for the period from March to November, from containers marked "green waste", to which the inhabitants of the city deliver green waste on their own using their own packaging).
