Nordland County invites tenderers to an open tender contest regarding a 2 year contract for travel agency services. Option for 1+1 year extension.

The contract will include:

Booking/travel advice during office hours, by telphone or e-mails.

Travel assistance - 24 hours travel assistance in case of cancellations, delays and rebooking (can be provided in cooperation with a third party).

A on-line portal for booking transport and accommodations.

Statistics and reports

Nordland County shall have a system for travel bookers (secretariats that book travels and accommodations on behalf of others).

In the longer term other activities may also use the systems for booking.
