The project Your Chance is assigned to the Coordination Office YOUTH STRENGTHS in the Youth Care Division in the Department of Children, Youth, Family. The coordinating office is responsible for optimising the transition from school to work and offers projects for disadvantaged young people aged 12 to 26 as part of youth social work.

Measure for young people between the ages of 12 and 26 who have developed an attitude of refusal to attend school due to individual and/or social disadvantage and whose school-leaving qualifications are at risk as a result. These young people receive socio-educational support in the form of case management. For this purpose, 2 staff positions will be financed.
