The infrastructure services to be provided by the tenderer concern the maintenance of the various ASTRID sites. These are the local sites spread throughout Belgium and containing the elements of the "Access Network" (base stations and repeaters).

The services requested for maintenance and interventions on the infrastructure can be listed as follows:

Item 1: Preventive and corrective maintenance of 542 air conditioning systems;

Item 2: Deployment service (35 times a year on average) of generators in the event of disturbances to the electricity network (or work on it);

Item 3: Periodic preventive maintenance of the surroundings of the sites (384 sites of the "Rural" type and 208 sites of the "Urban" type);

Item 4: Infrastructure repair services (civil works, cabling, fences, etc.) following damage to the site (via a price schedule).

The quantities indicated are mentioned for information purposes and may be modified during the course of the public contract.

The protection of personal data collected and processed within the framework of this contract notice must be strictly guaranteed within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016) by the various parties.
