New building complex Antonienstraße Leipzig - Lot 4 Technical planning Technical equipment Plant group 1-3, design and approval planning as well as optional execution planning, preparation of the award and object supervision

Kommunale Wasserwerke Leipzig GmbH (KWL) intends to build a new building complex at the Antonienstraße site in Leipzig as part of the location concept of the Sewer Network Department. The basic determination and preliminary planning of the object and specialist planning was completed at the end of 2021. A preliminary building request confirmed with conditions is also available.

The schedule provides for a start of planning in 12/2022 immediately after commissioning. The planning must be accelerated in such a way that the building permit can be submitted in 05/2023 at the latest.

The total costs (KG 100-700) were estimated at 7.6 million euros net as part of the preliminary planning.

The award procedures for the planning services are carried out in accordance with the SektVO. The aim is to carry out several open procedures with the result of commissioning an object planner and several specialist planners for all necessary services from the design planning onwards.

With this publication, interested planning offices are invited to apply for the execution of the technical equipment of plant groups 1-3 (Lot 4) and to submit a tender.
