The Regenda Group has procured contracts for the provision of window cleaning, communal cleaning and office cleaning services at approximately 239 properties both residential and commercial across the North West. The resulting contract(s) will cover each part of the Group. The contract was split into 3 geographical lots, namely, Merseyside, West Lancashire and East Lancashire/Greater Manchester/Cheshire. The initial contract term is for 35 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months. Please refer to Section VI.3) for further information about The Regenda Group.

A combined tender merging the services together and including rented and leasehold properties and any office properties. The pricing allowed for a schedule of rates to also be provided for ad-hoc requests.
