The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as late) for facilities of the Higher School of Police in Szczytno located in Szczytno and in Stary Kiejkuta

The estimated electricity demand for a period of 3 years (not earlier than the date of effectively carried out seller change procedure) is: 8 100,000 MWh.

The estimated electricity demand (8 100,000 MWh) given by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract is only informative, used to compare tenders. The amount of electricity consumed will be accounted for according to the actual electricity consumption by the Ordering Party at the prices indicated in the offer submitted by the Contractor. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for not collecting the amount of electricity provided by the Contractor.
