The subject of the contract is the supply of servers, disk arrays and network switches with software.

The order was divided into two parts:

1st Purchase servers

1.1. Purchase of servers - Type I - 10 pcs

1.2. Purchase of servers - Type II – 12 pcs

1.3. Purchase of servers - Type III – 2 pcs

1.3. Purchase of disk arrays - 3 pcs

2. Purchase of network switches

2.1 Purchase of network switches (4 pieces)

As a result of this procedure, framework agreements will be concluded (i.e. only in relation to lot 1), on the basis of which executive agreements (executive contracts will be awarded) between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor selected for its conclusion pursuant to Article 311(1)(1) of the PPL Act and in accordance with the procedure specified in the framework agreements, i.e. by requesting the submission of tenders, if not all the conditions for the performance of deliveries or not all the conditions for selecting Contractors who are parties to framework agreements are specified in the framework agreements.
