The contracting authority intends to conclude a separate framework agreement with the same terms and conditions for the delivery of IT hardware for each participating organization. In addition, the contractor must provide support services for these products, including advice and complete unburdening during warranty handling.
The participating organizations are:

- Municipality of Someren
- Veldhoven municipality
- Municipality of Uden
- Brabant North Fire Department
- Southeast Brabant Purchasing and Procurement Office
- GGD Brabant-Zuidoost
- GR Peel municipalities
- GR Cooperation Kempen municipalities
- MijnGemeenteDichtbij
- Brabant Noord ODBN environmental service
- Veldvest Foundation
The duration of the agreement is four (4) years and will end by operation of law after this period.
The expected effective date of the agreement is 1.7.2019.
