The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out regulatory checks (periodic visits) and maintenance of fire alarms, intrusion alarms, fire extinguishers, armed fire valves and smoke extraction installed in the various communal buildings of the city of Chelles. The framework agreement also provides for the supply and installation of new equipment in buildings without equipment or for the replacement of existing equipment where necessary. The Master Purchase Order Agreement will commence upon receipt of notification to the holder until December 31, 2023. It will be tacitly renewable a maximum of three times per 12-month period.
