The intention is to commission engineering services in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 HOAI (kitchen facilities) in service phases 2,3,5,6,7 and 8 for the new construction of the farm and care building at the Rommelkaserne site, Auf dem Lerchenfeld 1, Dornstadt.

On the site of the Rommel barracks in Dornstadt, a new farm and care building is to be erected on an undeveloped plot of land. Due to the size of the property, the farm and care building is to be erected as a common building. Particular attention will be paid to energy and economic aspects.

The total construction costs are estimated at € 19,311,000 gross. Start of planning: 11/2023, start of execution: 06/2025, end of construction approx. 12/2028.
