The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning and on the basis of the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) to COS-OPO in Giżycko within 12 months (from 01.03.2023 to 29.02.2024).
