The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of pharmaceutical products for the needs of ZOZ in Łęczyca admitted to trading in the Republic of Poland, having current Registration Certificates, in the quantity and assortment specified in the assortment and quantity tables constituting Annex 11 to this specification, having a validity period of not less than 6 months, counting from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.
