The Swedish Institute procures procurement consultants in order to sign framework agreements with two suppliers for procurement support to relieve SI's procurement function in the event of peaks and the absence of regular staff.

The supplier should at least have access to and be able to offer four consulting roles: Senior procurement consultant, junior procurement consultant, IT procurement consultant and procurement lawyer.
