The contracting authority is Iris Service AS.
Iris Service AS is a fully owned subsidiary company of Iris Salten IKS, which in turn is owned by the municipalities in Salten. Iris Service AS collects all household waste in Salten, operates all 12 Environmental Stations that are localised in the municipalities in Salten, and operate the Customer Centre in the Irks Salten group.
Through this procurement, the contracting authority intends to procure a new 2-chamber back loader for emptying household and business waste, as well as options for up to 2 additional units, cf. point 1.3.
The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a chassis supplier for the delivery of a vehicle, waste collection body (2-chamber back loader), and a service and repair contract for the entire delivery.
The service and repair contract is to be priced as a kilometre price, cf. annex 2 price sheet. The vehicles are estimated to be driven;
Vehicle 1 - 40,000 km per year.
Vehicle 2 - 40,000 km per year.
Vehicle 3 - 45,000 km per year.
The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority, and the service and repair contract is to be invoiced according to kilometres driven per month or per quarter. Further details on the requirements for the service and repair contract are in point 4.1 in annex 1 - Requirements Specification with absolute requirements and evaluation requirements.
The following type of waste collection vehicle must be delivered: 3 pcs. 2-chamber back loaders.
The procurement has an estimated total value of NOK 17,635,000 (excluding VAT, including a service and repair contract and options).
