This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.

The London Borough of Hackney has awarded a contract to the Homerton Health Foundation Trust for the provision of a Public Health Midwife Services. The service provides support to women in the community through pregnancy, and into the early postnatal period for up to 4 weeks.

The contract award is made under the Provider Health Selection Regime (2024) - direct process C.

The contract will run for 1 year for the sum of £170,000. There will be an option to extend the contract for a further two years in annual increments, at the annual value of £170,000. In the event that the two contract extensions are utilised the total contract value will be £510,000.

No conflicts of interest arose during the evaluation process to award the contract.
