The acquisition shall be carried out in accordance with a limited procedure under section 33 of the Procurement Act. The group publishes an acquisition notice in Hilton. Participants responding to the notification shall respond to the minimum requirements submitted by the group to the participants under the procedure (see Minimum financial criteria table, Annex 1). On the basis of these responses, the group selects at least five (5) and up to seven (7) candidates from the best performing participants in the minimum criteria to be met.

The Central Accounting Investment Portfolio and the proceeds from it serve the purpose of the Parish Group's operational activities. On average, the temporal horizon of investment activities is three to five (3 to 5) years (except direct real estate investments). The liquidity of the investments must be sufficient from the perspective of the surprising money needs of the operating activities.

The timal horizon of the investment management fund is more than five (5) years (direct real estate investment). Liquidity of investments is not critical in significant respects and higher returns are pursued for illiquid investments in the portfolio at the expense of liquidity.

The temporal horizon of the investment of the bequest fund is three—five (3—5) years. The liquidity and riskfulness of the bequests fund's investments is determined by the uses and prospects of wills.

The amount to be invested per asset manager if two (2) treasurers are elected is approximately 87 million. EUR, if three (3) treasurers are elected is approximately 58 million. EUR, and accordingly the amount of four (4) asset managers in the model would be approx 43 million. EUR. Em. euro estimates are based on portfolio values on 28 February 2021 and are subject to change due to market value swings. Within the contractual period, the Parish Group reserves the right to compete for a separate responsible investing mandate of a total of EUR 20 million, with the amount of capital deducted from the above estimated amounts of financial capital in a proportional proportion from all from the electable treasurers.

Wealth management is carried out under a full proxy contract model in which individual investment decisions are made by asset managers within a prearranged plan and allocation limits.

It is important for the Group to develop a responsible investment of its funds. Concrete promotion of this issue will be made with the elected treasurers on the principle of continuous development.
