The subject of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) (1)
Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of
forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, nature conservation, harvesting and harvesting of wood for execution
in the area of the Warcino Forest District, in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the following
the amount of work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature conservation, harvesting and skidding
Wood. Procedure: open tender on the basis of Act of 11 September 2019 Procurement law
public and implementing acts (contract with a value exceeding the EU thresholds).

on forests') including, in particular, work in the field of forest breeding, seeds, forest protection, conservation
firefighting, nature conservation, logging and harvesting. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total number of works from
the scope of forest breeding, seeds, forest protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting, and
also resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ- to be implemented as part of package 3A. The contracting authority requires employment
by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing entry activities
in the composition of the subject of the contract consisting in the acquisition and harvesting of wood raw material, if the performance
these activities consist in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June
1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended). Given the actual situation
natural and weather conditions, which may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as
unforeseen economic and economic situation. The Ordering Party reserves the right to
make reduction adjustments, increase adjustments, arrangements of new locations, as well as suspensions
perform the activities indicated in the individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, in
a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. These orders will consist of a repetition of
services compatible with the services covered by this contract and services similar thereto in
the technological aspect of their execution. Material scope of services which are the subject of the contract
referred to above shall not exceed 50 % of this contract.
When selecting tenders for the package, the Contracting Authority will be guided by the following criterion for assessing tenders:
