Accelerated open procedure, announced pursuant to art. 2 of Legislative Decree no. 76/2020 as amended, for the assignment of a framework agreement with a single operator, pursuant to art. 54, co. 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, concerning the supply of n. 1000 metal drums of 380 liters called "overpack" complete with plastic coating, to be delivered at the Nucleco casaccia site and external construction sites, to be awarded with the criterion of the lowest price referred to in art. 95, co. 4, lett. b) of the same Legislative Decree.
