The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas (E type) consisting in the sale of gaseous fuel and ensuring its distribution to the outlets located in the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR. The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 1/1/2019 to 31/12/2020 is 14 339 866 kWh. For the costs of using the subject of the contract in the above the period consists of a gas sale fee, subscription fee and distribution fees (fixed and variable)

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane gas type E for the needs of organizational units of the Tarnowski Poviat, including the Poviat Eldership in Tarnów (commune of the City of Tarnów). The gas fuel will be delivered on the basis of a comprehensive contract containing the provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services. Comprehensive gas supply will take place under the conditions set out in the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 755, as amended) and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act, in particular in accordance with Announcement of the Minister of Energy of 16.5.2018 on the publication of a uniform text of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on detailed conditions for the functioning of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158, as amended). The Tarnow Poviat will conclude one comprehensive contract for delivery, while the poviat organizational units indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR will be invoices payers for the supply of gaseous fuel to facilities assigned to individual units. The contractor will be obliged to issue invoices for the delivered fuel separately for individual payers. The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 1/1/2019 to 31/12/2020 is 14 339 866 kWh. For the costs of using the subject of the contract in the above the period consists of a gas sale fee, subscription fee and distribution fees (fixed and variable). The costs incurred throughout the entire period of using the subject of the contract did not include any fees for exceeding the Contracted Capacity, fees for failure by the Employer to comply with the restrictions introduced by the DSO (Distribution System Operator and other additional fees set out in the DSO Tariff, the Instructions for the Operation and Operation of the Distribution Network (IRiESD) Detailed information is contained in the ToR.
