The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities of the Institute of Cardiology in Warsaw. For the purposes of these proceedings, the Awarding Entity accepted the anticipated electricity consumption in the period of 12 months at the level of 5 064.813 MWh.

For the purposes of these proceedings, the Awarding Entity accepted the anticipated electricity consumption in the period of 12 months at the level of 5 064.813 MWh. A detailed list of electricity consumption for 6 energy consumption points is defined in the "Price form" constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.
Energy consumption specified by the Employer is indicative only. The indicated quantities are estimated quantities, determined in order to determine the value of the order. The orderer reserves that he can buy a larger or smaller amount of energy than the anticipated quantity.
The sale of electricity will take place via the distribution network belonging to Innogy Stoen Operator Sp. z oo ul. Nieświeska 52, 03-867 Warszawa, POLAND, managing the Warsaw electricity network - contract No. ND-D / 250/2017 for the provision of electricity distribution services concluded for an indefinite period.
The Contracting Authority informs that it has a contract for the purchase of electricity, valid until 31/12/2019. The seller switching procedure is carried out once again.
The Contracting Party declares that it has a legal title to use the facilities to which electricity is to be supplied. The list of objects is defined by "Description of the subject of the order", constituting Annexe No. 5 to the ToR.
All measurement and accounting systems in Bxx tariffs are adapted to the TPA principle.
2) A detailed description of the subject of the order, its scope, requirements of the Employer and rules for the implementation of the contract are defined by the following documents:
a) Price form - Annex No. 4 to the ToR,
b) Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 5 to the ToR,
c) The draft sales contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the ToR.
3) The contractor is obliged to perform the order in accordance with the applicable laws and standards, in particular:
a) the Energy Law
b) the rules set out in the concession;
c) the provisions of the contract with the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO);
d) in accordance with consumer rights set by the Energy Regulatory Office;
e) in accordance with the provisions of the contract concluded with the Ordering Party and in accordance with the submitted offer of the Contractor.
