- Project planning - buildings and interiors; basic services in service phases 1 to 4 and 5 to 8 (9 if applicable)

- technical building equipment for sauna and bath (vario pool)

· plus the preparation of eligible documents for obtaining a building permit including the support of the official procedure,

· plus the necessary evidence, in particular technical, constructive and building physics, for obtaining regulatory approvals in individual cases

· plus the elaboration and preparation of special building code evidence for preventive and organizational fire protection (fire protection for special building systems and use or in the event of deviations from the building code)

· plus compilation documents for structural testing and thermal insulation as well as energy balance

- Object assignment: starting from honorary zone II

- The estimated costs for the

· Cost group 300 - building/building construction and cost group 400 - building/technical plants combined = €5,130,000 (net)
