Assignment of engineering and architectural services relating to the technical and economic feasibility design, executive design, construction supervision, safety coordination during the design and execution phases, as well as all further technical checks and technical-administrative activities aimed at obtaining opinions, authorizations and commissioning, including all ancillary professional services pursuant to Article 41 of the Decree Legislative Decree no. 36 of 2023 and also articles 91 and 100 of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 2008, relating to the intervention for the implementation of the works "Redevelopment of the former Gasometer area including the recovery works of the industrial archaeological heritage" PNRR – M5C2 – INVESTMENT 2.1 as better specified in the DIP and in the Special Tender Specifications.

The object of the contract is the assignment of engineering and architectural services relating to the technical and economic feasibility design, executive design, construction supervision, safety coordination during the design and execution phases, as well as all further technical checks and technical-administrative activities aimed at obtaining opinions, authorizations and commissioning, including all ancillary professional services pursuant to Article 41 of Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2023 and also Articles 91 and 100 of Legislative Decree No. 81 of 2008.

The tender fee for the assignment of technical services, as determined on the basis of the parameters set out in the Ministerial Decree of 17 June 2016, is € 540,944.64 plus VAT and charges. The amount of the security charges for the risks of interference is zero.

The cost of the works is estimated at € 4,567,064.00 (including security costs of € 128,011.92).
