1. The contract includes the implementation of tasks consisting in: - Construction of a reservoir in the Borownica Forest. 2 The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor under a contract of employment of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract, in particular those performing activities involving direct (physical) performance of construction works resulting from project documentation (if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040 of The obligation to employ on the basis of an employment contract does not apply to a situation in which the contractor or subcontractor personally performs the above activities (e.g. a natural person conducting business activity, partners of a civil law partnership) and persons who perform independent technical functions.
a) As part of the task, the following construction works will be performed, consisting of:
- earthworks consisting in: deepening the reservoir, profiling levees and levees slopes, profiling slopes of the stream without a name for insurance,
- reconstruction of damaged ponds along with their sealing and protection,
- side overflow shot on the stream
- biological development at the water intake and site
Water intakes and at the place of storm overflow,
- organizing and planting the investment area along with sowing the mixture
grasses
The contract includes the construction of a storage reservoir with accompanying devices through the reconstruction of the existing pre-war pond into a side reservoir, fed with flood water of the watercourse, as well as rainwater and groundwater.
