The purpose of this contract is to regulate the technical conditions that must govern the hiring of a comprehensive maintenance of the buildings and goods dependent on the district of Hortaleza and its green areas, in order to guarantee its conservation and optimal performance, as well as derivative works of the organization of spaces that could occur in the buildings and facilities of the district, since the benefits corresponding to this contract are not included, in any case, in another contract nor are they made directly by the city council.

Under this contract, all maintenance, different from the main activity to which the municipal equipment of the district is destined and that contribute to its normal operation in conditions of safety, health and comfort, is called integral maintenance. These services are those that are listed in each lot of this contract.

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the technical conditions that must govern the operations of integral technical maintenance for the conservation of the buildings and equipment attached to the district of Hortaleza and its facilities (lifting devices, safety equipment), as well as green areas included in its scope, in order to guarantee its conservation and optimum performance. Also included are works derived from the organization of spaces that could occur.

Likewise, actions regarding self-protection of said buildings and equipment are also included according to the conditions and benefits established in section I.9 of Annex I of the PPT.
