The contract consists in the renewal of the occupational accident insurance of the Walloon Social Credit Society.

This contract is a service contract within the meaning of Article 2, 21°, of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. The technical requirements to be met by the services are set out in point III. Description of the technical requirements of the special specifications.

By its offer, the successful tenderer undertakes to provide the services in accordance with these prescriptions.
