The Company's requirement is to off load specific procurement tasks to the Supplier to assist the Company in the conduct of competitions, contract formation and data analysis. From time to time, the Company may also assign market and other analytic tasks to the Supplier which will result in specific reports. The Services have been broken down into 8 type of tasks: sourcing activities, contract management activities, contract administration activities, analysis and reports, process and systems activities, chairing and facilitating activities, documentation management activities, administrative support activities.
