The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for simultaneous detection of genetic material of DNA HBV, RNA HCV, RNA HIV plasma pools by automatic method together with all necessary consumables and consumables, archiving of test material and lease of the necessary equipment with complete and complete instrumentation. Whenever the Contracting Authority indicates specific standards or processes or products that could lead to a restriction of competition, these provisions should be interpreted as exemplary requirements. The Ordering Party allows offering an equivalent subject of the contract, provided that the offered subject meets the minimum requirements specified by the Ordering Party. The burden of proof in this respect rests with the Contractor.
