The subject of the contract is provision of services related to support and logistics necessary to enable the European Commission Representation and the European Parliament Information Office to participate in and/or to organise events (information days, conferences, seminars, interactive dialogue meetings, workshops, information visits, fairs, open-air festivals, exhibitions, award ceremonies, networking activities, etc.).

The objectives of these events is to communicate with specific audiences or to increase the visibility of European Union policies and projects.
