1. The subject of the contract is the provision of: 1) technical support and service services on the terms set out in Annex 1 to the Draft Agreement – Description of the subject of the contract in the Locations indicated in Annex 3a to the Draft Agreement – Distribution List for a period of twelve months counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement; 2) delivery, installation, configuration, implementation and launch of the Digital Recording System in rooms not yet equipped with digital recording equipment in the Locations indicated in Appendix 3b to the Draft Agreement – District List; 3) delivery, installation, configuration, implementation and launch of the Digital Recording System in modernized courtrooms in the Locations indicated in Appendix 3c to the Draft Agreement – Distribution List; 4) granting a guarantee for products delivered under the Agreement and Services performed for a period of 48 months counted from the date of signing the relevant acceptance protocol. 2. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are included in Annex 1 to the Draft Agreement - Description of the subject of the contract. 3. The number of courtrooms and their location as well as the data of the Ordering Party and the End User for the basic order are included in the Distribution List constituting Annex 3a, Appendix 3b and Annex 3c to the Draft Agreement – List of locations (Section A). 4. The contract shall also include a right of option in material respect corresponding to the basic contract, which will be related to the modernisation of additional rooms and rooms not yet equipped with digital recording equipment. The number of courtrooms and their location as well as the data of the Ordering Party and the End User for the order under the right of option are included in the Distribution List constituting Appendix No. 3b and Appendix No. 3c to the Draft Agreement – List of locations (Section B).
