1. The subject of the contract are the services of driving bus vehicles in public transport, on communication lines established depending on the needs of the Customer, in the area of the Silesian Voivodeship, in the amount of no more than 513,316.90 vehicle-kilometers during the term of the contract.

2. For the fulfillment of the contract, the Contractor should refer at least 15 drivers with specific legal qualifications to transport persons by public transport buses. These drivers may not be employed in the driver's position with the Ordering Party.

3. Description of the object of the order is specified in the general terms of the contract - section 16 SWZ.

The subject of the contract should be performed in compliance with all applicable law, with particular emphasis on the Drivers' Working Time Act of 16 April 2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1473, as amended) and the Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2201, as amended) and in accordance with the provisions set out in the general terms and conditions of the contract.
